            首先,正式的郵件通知。針對所有合作或意向客戶發一封告知郵件,告知客戶公司的假期安排。提醒客戶做好時間安排,同時也可以利用假期的節點進行催單。

            注意不要硬套上面的模板,要結合自身的客戶情況進行針對性的內容撰寫。對于正在生產的客戶要告知其生產進度,同時告知客戶緊急的聯系方式,這樣假期期間,如果客戶有突發情況,也可以找到你。
